Locked Account
Locked out of your account? Have an administrator for your practice take the following steps to recover your account. If you are either an administrator who has been locked out, or a user who is unable to get administrator assistance, please contact us via chat or email through the widget, or email help@samacare.com.
Navigate to "Practice Settings"
- Login to SamaCare and navigate to the "Practice Settings" tab.

Select "Users"
- Select the "Users" tab and locate the user who has been locked out of their account.

Unlock Account
- Select 'Unlock This Account".
- Once the account has been unlocked, you will notice that the original purple banner has been removed and edits can now be made to the user.

Reset Password
- If the locked account was due to a forgotten password or too many failed attempts and the user needs a new password to recover the account, please use this article to reset your password.
