Upon receiving a response and its upload to your prior authorization, you can access it by following one of the outlined processes below.

Review the response and ensure that the attached document directly correlates with the submitted authorization request. If it does not, please select "Wrong File" to remove it from the authorization. Once reviewed, you can proceed to download the response, print it out, add the necessary approval or denial details, upload the file to your EMR, and save the document accordingly. Please ensure that all required fields are filled out before saving.

Method 2: From Summary Details

Within the history tab, you will find a chronological list detailing all events and updates that have occurred since the authorization was submitted.
- The "Events" column displays a comprehensive list of all the modifications and updates made to the authorization.
- In the "User" column, you will find the name of the user who initiated the update or modification to the authorization.
- The "Time" column provides you with the time and date the changes were made.

To access the documents associated with the events, click on the "View Response" icon.

Within this window, you can review the most recent authorization details, download the response, and print it as needed.
