Add ID

  • This banner appears when we are missing the authorization ID provided to you when you submitted the prior authorization request through the portal. It serves as a reminder to ensure that all necessary information is accurately included for seamless tracking.

  • This banner appears when we have received an updated response that we would like you to review. It serves as a notification for your attention to ensure you are informed about any changes or developments related to the authorization.

Update

  • This banner appears when your prior authorization request remains in draft status. If you have already submitted the prior authorization request, we kindly ask you to update the status to reflect the current stage of processing. This ensures accurate tracking and efficient management of your authorization requests.
