• To accelerate prior authorization for partnered drugs, SamaCare will provide additional support, including proactive interventions for “Pending” and “Action Required” requests and regular status checks with payers. 

Key Takeaway: Should there be an instance where the practice must take action based on a payer response, SamaCare will provide an additional notification. 

Auth Inform 

• For partnered drugs, SamaCare will provide in-product messaging about manufacturer updates, payer insights, and J-Code drug updates. These messages help practices stay informed and drive first-time prior authorization approvals. No action is needed to receive this offering for sponsored drugs.
