Add a New Location


Have a new location with your practice that you need added to SamaCare?  Set up a new location with saved details in your administrative dashboard under "Practice Settings". 


  • Login to SamaCare and navigate to the "Practice Settings" tab in the left navigation pane.

Select "Locations" Tab 

  • Select the "Locations" tab and then select "New" on the right side of your screen.

Add Location By NPI Number

  • You can add a new location automatically by entering the provider NPI number. 

  • If we are unable to retrieve provider or location details using the number provided, you will be prompted to manually enter the location information. 

    

Enter Location Details Manually

 

  • Name:
    • We recommend using the city of the location you are adding.
  • Facility Name:
    • We suggest using the name under which your practice operates.
  • Tax Identification Number:
    • Providing the Tax ID is highly recommended to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of your prior authorization.
  • Fax Number
    • We recommend using the fax number associated with the specific location being added. 

Once all location details have been entered, click "Add Location" to proceed.
