To uphold HIPAA compliance and safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI), we ask that you share the SamaCare URL when using the chat or email feature. Below are user friendly steps to help you utilize the copy and paste method for any patient-related requests. • Navigate to the Authorizations tab on the left navigation pane.

Find Your Authorization! 

• Locate the authorization you wish to share and click on it to open.

Do You See A Purple Banner?

• If you encounter a purple banner while attempting to access the prior authorization, simply select "Review Response" to access it. 
  • If the response attached is accurate, fill out the appropriate details and select "Save". 
  • If the response attached is incorrect, select "Wrong File". 
• After the purple banner is cleared you will be able to open the prior authorization to access the SamaCare URL.

Copy The URL

• Upon opening the webpage, navigate to the top of the screen to retrieve the URL. Please highlight the URL, right-click, and choose the "Copy" option. This will allow you to easily copy the URL/webpage link.

• Navigate back to your chat or ticket, right-click, and choose the "Paste" option. This will allow you to easily paste the URL/webpage link.
