Whether you've recently completed your SamaCare implementation training or are eagerly awaiting it, this article is here to help. We'll walk you through the initial steps to ensure your SamaCare journey is smooth and successful.

Install Chrome Browser

For the smoothest experience with our platform, we recommend using the Chrome browser. If you're not currently using Chrome, we've included a simple guide to download and install it at your convenience. This will ensure you have full access to all of SamaCare's features.

Install SamaCare Co-Pilot

Streamline your prior authorization workflow with SamaCare Co-Pilot. Co-Pilot is designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily workflow, assisting users with tasks such as filling out Prior Authorizations, saving them to SamaCare, and tracking them to a determination. With Co-Pilot, you have the capability to manually save your prior authorization to SamaCare and/or update a previously submitted prior authorization.

Create SamaCare Credentials

Once you've been added to your practice within SamaCare, you'll receive a welcome email to the address provided. This email will contain a link to set your password and unlock your access to our platform.  For your security, this link will expire after 14 days.

If you don't receive the email within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to help@samacare.com.

To make your transition to SamaCare smooth and efficient, we recommend checking out our helpful quick start guides.
