• If the code you are searching for does not populate, you can select "The service I am looking for is missing" feature to add a service to your authorization.

Add a Service to SamaCare

• Enter the service name.
• Select from two options:
  • "Use this service and add to SamaCare"
    • Use this service and request to add for future selection. 
  • "Use this service"
    • Use this service and do not request to add for future selection.

• Once you have submitted the request, our Customer Operations team will review. We attempt to have all requests reviewed and, if applicable, added within 72 business hours.
