We understand the importance of needing the ability to download all of your authorization data to provide a better understanding of authorizations submitted for your practice. SamaCare provides a Download Data" option where you can download all authorization with specific details to an XLSX or CSV file. You can locate this option at the top, right corner of your screen. 

Pro Tip
This feature only allows you to download all authorization created and submitted within your practice. If you have any filter or sort by options selected, this will not limit the authorizations that are downloaded to this file. 

Select The Download Icon

• This is located in the top, right corner of your screen.

Choose File Type 

• You can select from either an XLSX or a CSV file.

Click "Download File Here". 

• Once you select your file type, you will be prompted to download the file using the provided link.

Locate File in Downloads

• From your computer, locate your downloads folder. You should see a downloaded file with the name "Sama_Export_Month_Day".
