• The prior authorization request has been submitted. You will only see this status on prior authorization requests that have been faxed.

Fax transmitted 

• A confirmation stating that the fax has been transmitted has been received. 

Uploaded file

• A response has been uploaded.

Status Changed to

• The status has been updated to the most recent status.

Resubmitted

• The prior authorization has been resubmitted. 

Status Check Attempt

• The SamaCare system is performing a portal status check.

Successful Status Check

• The SamaCare system has successfully completed a portal status check.

Failed Status Check

• The SamaCare system has failed the portal status check.

Authorization Assigned

• The assignee on the authorization has been updated.

Authorization Forwarded To Payer

• The prior authorization request has been forwarded to the payer.

Follow Up

• Follow up performed by the user.

Successful Fax Association

• A fax response has been automatically associated.

Undo Auto Association 

• An automatic association has been removed.

Manual Association

• A manual association has been uploaded.

Undo Manual Association

• A manual association has been removed.

Duplicated

• This prior authorization has been duplicated.

User Uploaded File

• A user has uploaded a file.
