Resetting Your Password


In this article, you will embark on a journey to master the art of password resetting through SamaCare's self-service option. This mystical guide will illuminate the path, ensuring you can effortlessly regain access to your account with ease and efficiency.


Let’s Get Started!

  • To begin, please click on the “Forgot Password?” option.

Let's Find Your Account! 

  • Enter the email address that is associated with your SamaCare account and select “Reset Password”.

Time To Get Creative! 

  • Select a new password. Ensure it has 14 characters and includes at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.

Code Incoming! 

  • You will receive an email with the subject "Verify your SamaCare email address" from no-reply@dev.samacare.com. This email contains a one-time use verification code.
    • Enter the verification code and select "Change password."
    • If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and verify with your IT department that the email address "no-reply@dev.samacare.com" is allowed by your email provider.
