Incorrect Association – Removing Files from an Authorization

  • Method 1: From the “View Response” Window
  • Method 2: From the Authorization Summary Details

  • Method 3: From the Files Tab

When reviewing authorizations, you may occasionally find that an attached document does not belong to your patient—or that it’s the correct patient but the wrong authorization. In these cases, you have the option to remove the document and return it to the queue for processing.

To resolve this, choose one of the methods below based on the page you’re working from.

Method 1: From the “View Response” Window

Let's get started!

  • Navigate to the Authorizations tab on the left navigation pane.
