Step 2-Starting a New Portal Authorization

• Select "+ Auth" --> "Web Portal"
• Choose Portal
• Select Portal
• Progress

Log in to SamaCare and navigate to your authorizations dashboard.

Select "+ Auth"  >  "Web Portal"

• This is located in the top right corner of your screen. 

Choose Portal 

• Choose your portal or go directly to a portal in your browser

CoPilot works in all portals - Open a portal in a new tab and launch CoPilot.

Select Portal 

• Select which portal to use - This will take you to the Pre Submission Step! 
  • Ensure you have the SamaCare CoPilot extension installed to proceed. 

Progress 

• To the right of your screen, you will see the progress tracker of your submission.
  • Pre Submission
    • Patient & Insurance
    • Service & Diagnosis
    • Provider & Location
  • Authorization Submitted
  • Response Received
    • Insurance Response
